We have a variety of low/no downpayment programs.  The property needs to be your primary residence and there are other borrower specific and location specific requirements.

Low Credit Score

We work with lenders that will finance clients well below the industry standard of a 640 FICO score.  In addition, we can get mortgages for clients that have exited bankruptcy in as little as 12 months ago.
